Maintain Virtual Programs

Use Maintain Virtual Programs to edit and maintain virtual programs.

  • The Maintain Virtual Programs link displays the Virtual Program Listing page. This page displays virtual programs for the selected custom investor only.
  • Batch Expire - Expires selected virtual programs (with corresponding checkboxes).
  • Close - Closes the Virtual Programs page and takes you back to the main CPM page.
  • Filter products by selecting Loan Limit, Product Type, or Loan Term from the dropdown list, and then selecting add.
  • The filters provide secondary selections. Select the applicable options, and then select add.
  • Multiple filters can be applied at one time to narrow down the search for custom programs.
  • Undo a specific filter by selecting the del link. Undo all filters by selecting the Clear button.
  • Selecting a header field sorts alphanumerically in ascending or descending order.
  • A red flag next to a virtual program indicates there is an error with pricing (i.e., pricing is missing, hasn't been uploaded, or is out of date).
  • A flag next to a current production version of a virtual program indicates one or more of the following scenarios:
  • Target program is disabled
  • Target investor relationship is disabled
  • Target investor is disabled and/or deleted
  • Far Right Dis column is the Disabled column.
  • L = Client's custom investor is disabled.
  • If "L" is displayed in the Dis column and no flag is present next to the correspondent program.
  • If "L" is displayed in the Dis column and a red flag is present next to the corresponding program, there is a pricing issue with the target investor and the client's custom investor.
  • The NP and PC columns display the number of Test and Production versions of a program.
  • NP - The number of Test versions.
  • PC - The number of Production versions.
  • The following are the Actions available on the page:
  • View - Opens the Virtual Program Definition page in view-only mode.

Save is disabled since this is a view-only page. To exit the page, select Cancel.

  • Versions - Opens the Virtual Program Versions page, which displays all versions of the program.
  • Hide - Hides the row (stored for historical purposes) from the Virtual Program Listing page. To display a hidden row, select Hide again. To display all hidden rows, select the Hidden checkbox.
  • A message is displayed that confirms you want to delete or undelete the selected program. If you select OK, the program is removed from the Virtual Program Listing page.
  • Expire - Expires the selected virtual program.
  • A message is displayed that confirms you want to expire the selected program. If you select OK, the virtual program is expired and no longer available for Production.
